Key Responsibilities The Management Accountant will lead and support a small team of transactional finance professionals, fostering continuous improvement and best practices.Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including AP, AR, fixed assets, general ledger and monthly reporting.Deliver accurate and timely management accounts in line with strict internal deadlines.Prepare and post all month-end journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, and manufacturing cost variances.Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations and trial balance reviews, with clear analysis and corrective actions.Maintain the fixed asset register in accordance with company policy; manage internal orders in SAP.Support internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance and timely reporting.
