The role reports to the Senior Director of Solution Consulting, EMEA. Successful candidates will reside in the London area and be based in the London office. You will lead a team of 7 Solution Consultants and partner with the sales organization to create value propositions for IT executives and technical audiences within enterprise and public sector accounts. You should be highly competent in coaching a team to develop a winning technical sales strategy and able to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, Product Management, Product Marketing and Engineering.Responsibilities

Recruit, retain, and develop the team to inspire, enable, and reward consistent and repeatable success.Partner with the business to ensure the team works on the right things, at the right time and in the right manner.Maximize team productivity and engagement with customers and prospects using compelling tools and techniques to position the Nexthink solution.Prioritize and execute sales motions with Northern Europe Sales Leadership to maximize revenue attainment against regional targets.Manage a team across the UK, Benelux and Nordics to provide pre-sales support in pursuit of opportunities.Ensure the team is enabled to support the sale of Nexthink products and deliver regular performance reviews and development planning.Conduct regular 1:1s with Solution Consultants and Sales Leadership to coach and develop a world-class team.Collaborate cross-functionally with Professional Services, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to ensure field alignment and resolve customer/prospect situations.Attend customer/prospect meetings as a contributor and coach; manage the Proof of Value process to drive successful technical execution and win.Engage with Sales Leadership regularly to strategize on pursuits and coach the team on execution.Drive regional initiatives and contribute to new business initiatives; foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.Represent the company as a speaker at key events and in marketing activities.Qualifications

10+ years of experience in a pre-sales leadership role.Proven ability to partner with a sales organization and meet or exceed revenue goals.Experience introducing new technology into new markets.Knowledge of cloud/SaaS-based technology.Strong business acumen and ability to translate business context into pragmatic solutions.Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and escalate as needed.Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; comfortable with senior leaders and executives.Team player with ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Digital Workplace/End User, Digital Experience Monitoring, Security/Governance/Risk/Compliance, Service Management and ITIL or related disciplines.Up to 50% travel within Northern Europe; occasional travel to other Nexthink sites.Benefits and compensation
