Brief overview - Senior Eng ManagerSite Safety of HF and boat side of HFFocuesses on site safety side This role is to work as part of a team that provides Human Factors support to the Nuclear Site Safety Case, working to deliver the Human Based Safety Claim aspects of the Nuclear Site Safety Case through the delivery of safety measures for operatorsSupporting Safety Case delivery;Task Analysis and Human Reliability Analysis;Substantiating operator claims within the Safety Case;Producing evidence in the form of safety justifications and providing specialist support for associated activities;Contributing to identification and rapid closure of issues emerging from all product lifecycle stages and managing the resulting change embodiment activities;Undertaking peer reviews or checking / verification tasks as directed;Carrying out knowledge transfer and support activities to other team members;Providing realistic programme status, identifying problem areas and implementing agreed recovery plans;Articulating and presenting complex technical arguments clearly, logically and simply.
