Our 2 rosettes Pastry Shop / Café and our 3 Rosettes Dinner restaurant are looking for a strong Pastry Commis Chef or Pastry Demi Chef de Partie in our Pastry Team.Work 4 days per week (40 to 44 hours) with all hours paid. If working 5 days per week (50 to 55 hours), all hours are also paid.Pastry Demi Chef de Partie starts at £31,000 per year (based on 44 hours/week). all hours worked are paid.Candidates must have a right to work in the UKMy role as Pastry Demi Chef de Partie ?The Pastry Shop Demi Chef de Partie looks after the elaboration of our click-and-collect items including patisseries and cakes, together with the Parlour and Glade restaurants breakfast and lunch plated dessert offering. The role involves a morning start and straight shifts.The Evening Pastry Demi Chef de Partie will be preparing the 3 rosettes Dinner plated desserts selection from The Gallery Restaurant Menu. their shift will start in the afternoon and finishing after the last dinner guests have placed their order.
