You will provide a diligent service to clients, including liaising, where necessary, with external consultants whilst managing and working alongside other colleagues. You will support senior peers and at the same time support and train junior colleagues.What you''ll be doing:Keep the Group Leader / Line Managers appraised of important issues on projectsPrepare and manage cost estimates (at various RIBA stages) and budgets through the project life cycle, ensuring financial efficiency and project successEach month ensure that progress reports and fee plans are fully updated and completedUnderstand and manage risk; both project and consultancy relatedEnsure our work complies with our appointment, that any changes to our scope are recorded and that client decisions are recorded and auditableTender preparation, tender reviews/comparisons and Tender Report production, or Value for Money StatementsCarry out post-contract QS role i.e. undertake valuations, produce Cost Reports, change contro
