Albion Search are currently working with a national main contractor to appoint a Finishing Manager to work on a 100m mixed-use residential scheme in Leeds. This project has further phases to follow and is working alongside a really strong management team. The ideal candidate will have experience on multi-room (BTR/PBSA) projects and have strong experience managing various internal and finishing trades. Roles and Responsibilities Management of finishing trades Compiling snag lists using snagging software Reporting snags to Senior Management and rectifying Producing reports for the Project Manager HandS Attending weekly progress meetings Taking units from white box to handover on time and on plan. The salary is dependent on experience, along with a highly competitive package. You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card, along with the above relevant experience.
