This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced FM professional with a strong background in contract management and proven experience managing PandL. What you''ll do: Manage the day-to-day FM operation across a modern corporate facility. Lead and support the on-site engineering and facilities management teams. Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of service and customer satisfaction. Take responsibility for contract performance, budgets, and PandL management. Monitor KPIs, SLAs, compliance, and operational performance. Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and service delivery. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost efficiencies. Ensure all FM activities are delivered in line with health and safety and statutory requirements. What you''ll bring: Proven experience in a Contract Manager or similar FM management position.
