My client in Luton is seeking an experienced Sous Chef for this busy and vibrant kitchen, you must be well versed in all aspects supporting a Head Chef and working in a busy kitchen brigade and have full set of whites and knives with a minimum of Level 2 Food Hygiene certification. This role is temping and will be ad hoc shifts with other work available within the agency. You will be confident, well presented and have a great work ethic with a range of skills suitable for all types of cuisines. Hours are 7am to 2.30pm.
