Temp EA''s needed in Central London
We are currently looking for temp EA''s for roles based in Central London. This can be for holiday, sickness cover as well as temp to perm options. Roles are normally working and can pay up to £25 hour depending on experience. The majority of our clients are finance companies which are based in the West End. Previous corporate EA experience is essential. The role Diary management - scheduling meetings and appointmentsInbox management - monitor and respond where appropriateMeeting management - scheduling, preparing rooms and documentation, taking minutes and highlighting Action PointsBoard support - preparation of Board papers, collation and distributionRelationship management/ Point of contact - internal and external ensuing highest levels of service at all timesManaging logistics for all travel arrangements, including visas and any necessary paperwork, itineraries and agendasMaintaining up to date filing system and data base managementEvents management - coordination of events for clients and internal teamsPreparing monthly expense claimsAssisting with the preparation of reports and presentationsHR: Management of staff benefits package; pension, health, insurance etc. Onboarding and offboarding employees. Marketing: Support with branding and design work for the company, working closely with marketing, company website and social media.Fundraising and Charity initiatives - supporting where necessary.IT: Software sourcing, IT enquiriesOffice Management: Maintenance, liaising wi
