Responsible for a welcoming reception service, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and general enquiries Reporting to the office manager you will provide administrative support to the management team - producing a range of documents, letters, reports, minutes of meetings and newsletters. Maintain company databases Assist with the marketing and publicity and distribution of accessible newsletters. Management of company social media, including content creation, performance tracking and strategies to optimise content reach and engagement The ideal applicant will have Experience of providing administration support in a busy environment with confident skills - Word , Excel and PowerPoint. Additionally some experience of using design tools such as Wordpress, Canva and Mailchimp. You will have some experience of digital content creation and social media management Awareness of safeguarding policies, data protection legislation and confidentiality Personal traits - flexible -systematic- positive.
