Project Manager (HV Cabling)Our client, a respected leader in the power distribution sector, is currently seeking a Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This permanent role offers the opportunity to work on EHV cabling projects, including 132kv systems, and is based across the M4 Corridor.Swindon / Oxford location ideal and this will be site based.Key Responsibilities:Managing the end-to-end delivery of cabling projects, including planning, execution, and closing activitiesEnsuring all projects comply with industry standards and safety regulations, particularly those set by Distribution Network Operators (DNOs)Coordinating with internal teams and external contractors to ensure efficient project executionOverseeing the installation and maintenance of 132kv cabling systemsMonitoring project progress and performance, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budgetConducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategiesPreparing detailed project reports and documentationMaintaining strong communication with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodiesJob Requirements:Significant experience in project management within the power distribution sectorStrong understanding of HV cabling projects, particularly 33kv -132kv systemsExperience working with Distribution Network Operators (DNOs)Knowledge of Streetworks, CDM and HSG47 Exceptional organisational and leadership skillsExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
