JOB REF: • Advise developers, property owners, contractors, consultants and insurers on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious construction matters. • Handle disputes involving litigation, adjudication, arbitration, mediation, expert determination and insurance-related claims. • Advise on JCT, NEC and FIDIC contracts, including drafting, negotiating and interpreting standard and bespoke agreements. • Manage your own caseload, taking responsibility for strategy, deadlines, budgets and client relationships. • Work on complex matters involving the Technology and Construction Court and expert technical evidence. • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the continued development and strategic direction of the Construction team. • Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with 4+ years'' PQE and strong experience in contentious and/or non-contentious construction law.
