(with strong likelihood of extension / going permanent) This is a high-profile leadership role responsible for the design, delivery and continuous improvement of Academy programmes across the organisation. You will lead and develop the Academy Development team, ensuring programmes are delivered effectively and provide a consistently high standard of learning and development for financial advice professionals. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will shape Academy programmes that support business objectives, develop capability and help build the next generation of qualified and confident financial advice professionals. You will also oversee the planning and delivery of training events, monitor programme effectiveness and use feedback and follow-up reviews to continually improve the Academy offering. The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience within Financial Advice, ideally delivering Academy programmes. A Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning - this is key.
