As our Financial Controller, you will provide strategic leadership, plan the financial strategy for the business and be accountable for the provision of financial and perfomance information and provide transparent leadership to enable decision making across the company. The FC will lead on all financial aspects of SLX''s business strategy, ensure the timely flow of financial information to the CEO, Board and colleagues and ensure that financial systems and practices enable them to maintain financial integrity and ongoing financial resilience. The FC will need to demonstrate a wide range of experience leading and communicating with teams, familiarity with accounting systems (Sage Line 50 and our inhouse Stock Management system) and project management skills such as contract reviews and analysis. Key Responsibilities Prepare financial reports for SMT and Board Prepare month end journals and WIP reports using sales pipeline Prepare monthly management PandL.
