I am operating alongside a leading earthworks and remediation contractor. They are looking to onboard a site agent to help deliver a new flagship scheme in Surrey. My client operate heavily across the South East and surrounding counties. Site agent responsibilities: Take responsibility for managing defined sections of work, ensuring delivery is safe, on time, and to the required quality Coordinate day-to-day site operations including supervision of engineers, subcontractors, and site teams Support the planning of works and assist in tracking progress against programme and budget Provide technical input on construction methodologies, temporary works, and sequencing Ensure site documentation such as RAMS, ITPs, permits and progress records are maintained accurately Assist with subcontractor management, material procurement and logistics planning Contribute to client and internal meetings, reporting progress and raising any issues or risks Promote high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across all site activities. Site agent requirements: Right to work in the UK. Diploma or degree in civil engineering. CSCS card - Gold, White or Black. SMSTS. First aid. Proven experience in a site agents role.
