You won''t just be "managing accounts" - you''ll be building relationships, spotting opportunities, and helping businesses get the insurance cover they actually need.Day-to-day, you''ll be:Prospecting new business and generating leads that convertAttending client meetings and building genuine relationshipsUnderstanding client needs and recommending the right commercial insurance solutionsNegotiating policies and closing sales to give clients the cover they needIdentifying cross-selling and referral opportunities to grow revenueManaging and expanding an existing client portfolio while keeping retention highHandling queries and complaints professionally - with a focus on excellent serviceEnsuring everything you do ticks the FCA compliance boxesWe''re looking for someone who:Has experience as an Account Executive or Account Director in a brokerage environmentHas a strong track record in generating new business and maintaining client satisfactionKnows commercial insurance products inside outCan work confidently within FCA rulesIs organised, detail-oriented, and thrives on managing multiple prioritiesHas excellent relationship-building and client service skills
