You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting processes, and providing essential information to senior management.Key ResponsibilitiesPurchase Ledger and Finance DutiesProcessing and checking supplier invoices (including Sullivans, Alba, Dawson, BNP, leasing providers, and utilities)Reconciling supplier accounts (e.g. Alba/Omega, Sullivans, Noble Feed)Preparing payment runs and checking statements against payments madeRequesting supplier statements and resolving discrepanciesProcessing monthly journals and supporting month-end closeManaging rebates (e.g. Noble, PD Hook)Handling remittances and ensuring alignment with internal recordsSupporting stock takes and monitoring sundry stockOperational and Reporting SupportProducing daily KPI information and supporting weekly management reportingUpdating and maintaining live plans, crop numbers, and bird recordsChecking tickets and reconciling against live operational dataCompleting end-of-crop results and updating farmer performance recordsSupporting farming spreadsheets and senior management reportingMaintaining price lists ..... full job details .....
