English TeacherTradewind Recruitment are recruiting for a full or part time (the school would consider 3 or 4 days) English Teacher to work at an exceptional private school on the outskirts of York. This position is to start the 12th of January, and will last until June 30th in the first instance, but there is the potential for this role to go permanent if the candidate enjoys the placement and performs well. With regards to payment, payment will be between 32,916 and 51,047 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Working hours for this school are 8:30 - 4:30. There is one mandatory training until around 6:30PM one day per week.The School is located approximately 10 miles from York, and is also commutable from areas of North Yorkshire and Harrogate. Due to the rural location, this school is most easily accessible via car, with limited public transport options available. You will be working with a strong department with links to languages and EAL teaching, meaning you will be in a position to grow your pedagogy from different teaching styles. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging English lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 pupils. There is the potential for Key Stage 5 teaching, either now or in the future.
