Role and Responsibilities As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will provide individualised support to a child in an Early Years setting. You will work closely with the classroom teacher to develop and implement learning plans, and create a positive and engaging learning experience for the child. You will help the child to reach their full potential. Main tasks include Delivering individualised learning support to a child with SEN.Collaborating with the teacher to develop and implement learning plans.Creating a positive and engaging learning environment.Monitoring and documenting the child''s progress.Communicating regularly with parents/carers. Requirements Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification.Proven experience supporting children with SEN.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.Experience working in an Early Years setting
