Salary: andpound;90 andndash; andpound;120 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role:
A welcoming primary school in Winslow is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to provide classroom cover and intervention support across KS1 and KS2. This role is ideal for experienced support staff ready to step up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead small group and 1:1 interventions in literacy and numeracy.
• Provide whole-class cover for teacher absences.
• Support SEN pupils and differentiate activities as required.
• Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to track pupil progress.

Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
• Confident in leading whole-class teaching when needed.
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
