Service Co-ordinator c 30,000 per annum (Salary Negotiable Depending on experience) Day time role (flexible hours) Great team culture Well Established company As Service Co-ordinator you will coordinate customer enquiries, engineer schedules, and parts to ensure the smooth delivery of service, maintenance, and commissioning of our equipment. The Job Manage day-to-day service enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses Deliver a professional and efficient service to customers, maintaining strong attention to detail Act as a key contact for customers and service contracts Prepare quotations, sales orders, service contracts, and invoices Plan and coordinate service engineer schedules, ensuring correct parts, tools, and equipment are available Identify and organise spare parts (e.g. filters, fans, electrical components) using internal systems Liaise with Production, Stores, Purchasing, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery Raise and manage purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers Arrange packaging and courier dispatch for parts and equipment Follow up with customers after installations/commissioning to promote service offerings Gather feedback from customers and engineers and report key actions Maintain accurate records within the Clik Service Management System Support the Service Delivery Manager with general coordination and admin tasks About you Essential: Strong organisation and coordination skills Excellent communication and customer ..... full job details .....
