This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced planning professional who can lead and support a team of planners, manage complex and high-profile planning applications, and provide expert Development Management advice across a range of major and challenging schemes. The successful Development Management Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a high-quality planning service, supporting staff development, managing performance, and working collaboratively with senior officers, Members, developers, and external stakeholders.
