The Head of Demand Excellence is a key leadership role responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Demand CofE. This role will lead the evolution of the Demand planning function delivering new and enhanced capabilities and operational excellence, driving GSK to be an industry leader. By embracing and enhancing data, digital, and analytical capabilities, combined with simplification and standardizing ways of working the Head of Demand Excellence will maximize business performance in the short and long term.Responsibilities

Deliver a range of strategic and operational initiatives to ensure GSK''s leadership in the industryBuild and evolve Demand Planning capability across GSKRepresent Demand in various Global SandOP meetings, collaborating with Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial colleagues to provide valuable insights for optimal decisionsLead a matrix team, including remote and cross-time zone direct reports, to achieve business objectives in line with GSK values and purposeImplement processes and governance standards that focus on doing the right thing while maximizing business benefits and continuous improvement through KPI oversight and process adherenceBasic Qualifications

Strong people leadership experience in Demand Planning and Consensus Forecasting or SandOP, with expertise in deploying digital and automated forecasting solutionsSubject matter expertise in Demand Forecasting, with knowledge of process design, lean sigma, and advanced planning solutions including OMP, S4 Hana, and AI Forecasting solutionsProven experience in organizational and process design, simplification, standardization, improvement, and roll-out across a global organizationExperience leading multi-functional teams within a matrix environmentLarge-scale business transformation and change leadership experienceSenior stakeholder management skills and experience engaging business customersOther Job-Related Skills/Background
