Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to support the management team in the daily operations of our nursing home. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality care. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Nursing Home Manager in overall operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resident care management. Supervise and support care staff to ensure high standards of care are maintained. Monitor compliance with care standards, policies, and regulations. Handle resident and family concerns promptly and professionally. Assist in budgeting, reporting, and administrative tasks as required. Participate in staff training and development programs. Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a healthcare or nursing home setting. Strong knowledge of care standards, policies, and regulations. Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions. Optional: Relevant nursing or healthcare qualifications
