School Administrator/Receptionist
We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join our busy admin office at a vibrant 2 form entry primary school in north London. This role is ideal for someone with real school office experience who is proactive, focused, and understands the importance of safeguarding in an educational environment. Day-to-day of the role: Complete various administrative tasks including data inputting, sending letters to parents, and booking travel tickets.Handle inquiries and communications with parents both in person and over the phone.Provide first aid to students as needed (training provided if not already certified).Support the senior leadership team with ad hoc tasks.Work collaboratively within a friendly and supportive team of four. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in a school office environment.Strong IT skills, familiarity with Google Suite.Experience with Arbor is preferable but not essential.Excellent organisational and communication skills.First aid training is preferred.Ability to work flexibly on occasion.
