You will provide pastoral and safeguarding support, work closely with curriculum teams to address attendance and behaviour concerns, and help deliver a varied programme of enrichment activities. Working collaboratively with teaching staff, the Inclusion Team and Safeguarding Team, you will identify learner needs and coordinate timely interventions.
