Location: Severalls, Colchester

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Contract: Temporary (Ongoing)

Shift Patterns

• Days
  • Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:30pm
  • Friday: 6:00am – 2:00pm

OR

• Afternoons

• Monday to Thursday: 2:30pm – 11:00pm
• Friday: 2:00pm – 10:00pm

We're hiring Production Operatives on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company based in the Severalls area of Colchester.

This is an ongoing temporary opportunity with an immediate start, offering consistent hours and the chance to join a busy production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure efficient manufacturing
• Carrying out quality inspections and basic product testing
• Packing finished products to company standards
• Supplying production lines with raw materials and components
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Working to production targets while maintaining high quality standards
• Reporting any equipment faults or quality issues to supervisors

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environment is desirable
• Good attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Immediate availability is preferred
