Business Development Director
who is ready to step forward with passion, energy, and curiosity to represent VCLS at the forefront of the Life Sciences sector.
What you’ll do
Drive growth
by identifying, engaging, and winning new clients across the VCLS service portfolio.
Guide and mentor
the Business Development team in building compelling proposals, shaping strategic partnerships, and managing the full client lifecycle.
Collaborate with Senior Leadership , BU Heads, and Marketing to design and execute a strategic growth plan for the Swiss and broader European markets.
Cultivate and expand relationships
with clients, partners, industry leaders, and VCLS experts to strengthen our presence and reputation.
Leverage assets —including our global regulatory and scientific expertise, incubator programs, and marketing platforms—to reinforce our leadership in the Life Science ecosystem.
Represent VCLS
at conferences, industry events, and networking forums, embodying our values and vision.
Track performance , share insights, and provide feedback to inform strategy and anticipate client needs in a rapidly evolving market.
