As you receive ongoing training and development, you''ll gradually take on more responsibility, moving into a role where you''ll deliver planned and reactive maintenance across a range of building and plant systems - including HVAC, boilers, and other essential infrastructure.You''ll also be trained to monitor and maintain systems using the Building Management System (BMS), ensuring the smooth operation of facilities across the site.
