Recruiting a Skilled / Indentured Grinder to join a well-established aerospace manufacturing site in Yeovil, Somerset. The role involves the precision grinding of aerospace components in line with manufacturing instructions, engineering specifications, and customer/regulatory requirements.Role: Grinder - Aerospace Manufacturing (Night Shift - Contract) Location: Yeovil Shift: Night Shift (following up to 1 month of training on day shift) Night Shift Pay Rate: 28.49 per hour PAYE (Skilled Worker) or; 29.31 per hour PAYE (Indentured Skilled Worker) Both rates attract holiday pay in addition (An extra 12.07% per hour) Please note whilst training on day shift, the pay will be a day-shift pay rate of 18.99 - 19.54 per hour.
