We are seeking a

dedicated and experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist

to join one of the prestigious NHS Trusts in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to contribute to a dynamic healthcare team and make a real difference in patient care.Key Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of patients with complex needs, providing tailored occupational therapy interventions.Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients'' physical, emotional, and social needs to develop personalized care plans.Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective treatment and rehabilitation programs.Provide advice on adaptations to the patient''s home or workplace to aid recovery and improve quality of life.Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.Support junior staff and assist in their development through supervision and training.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with NHS guidelines.Required Skills and Experience:HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.Proven experience working as a Band 6 Occupational Therapist, preferably within the NHS.Strong clinical reasoning skills and the ability to manage a complex caseload independently.Experience in providing assessments and interventions for a diverse range of conditions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and contribute to team goals.To apply to this job please reply with your updated CV and job reference number - BS//OT1
