The Role Reporting directly to the Regional CEO and Global Head of Projects, the Development Manager will take ownership of construction projects from initial concept through to handover, acting as the client''s representative throughout. This is a genuine cradle-to-grave role with full accountability for budget, programme, quality, and stakeholder management. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors across a portfolio of premium international projects.
