Head of Sales - Automotive RetailLocation: Varied between - Hinckley, Stoke, Wolverhampton and WorksopSalary: Circa 75k Company Car and Fuel Card Pension Scheme Career Advancement Opportunities We''re on the lookout for an experienced, results-driven Head of Sales to lead our high-performing sales team within a fast-paced, high-volume car supermarket environment.Responsibilities:Lead and inspire a large, multi-site sales team to consistently exceed volume and profit targets.Design and deliver a clear, results-focused sales strategy aligned with company objectives.Monitor sales performance using key KPIs and real-time data to drive continuous improvement.Champion an exceptional customer experience from enquiry to aftersales, building loyalty and referrals.Maximise opportunities in vehicle finance and value-added product (VAP) sales.Manage stock presentation standards and aged inventory to ensure optimal turnover.Drive digital transformation using CRM systems and sales technology to streamline operations.Skills:At least 5 years'' experience in a senior automotive sales leadership role.A strong background in a high-volume retail or car supermarket environment.A proven ability to lead teams to exceed sales targets and deliver strong financial results.Excellent people management, coaching, and development skills.Commercially astute, data-led, and confident in using insights to make strategic decisions.Deep understanding of the used car market and evolving consumer buying behaviour
