The Role

You will provide high-level secretarial support within a busy commercial property team, working closely with the owner and alongside an existing secretary.
Key responsibilities include:

• Audio typing and dictation (essential)
• Drafting and amending commercial leases
• Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications
• Completing and submitting SDLT (Stamp Duty Land Tax) forms
• General legal secretarial and administrative duties
