Site Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced-Site Manager-to join a major earthworks and civil engineering project.

Site Manager Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day earthworks and civils activities.
• Lead site teams, plant operators, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate labour, plant, and materials.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification.
• Conduct site inspections and toolbox talks.
• Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and the Project Manager.

Site Manager Requirements

• Previous Site Manager experience on earthworks/civils projects.
• Gold CSCS card.
• SMSTS.
• First Aid qualification.
• Strong earthworks and civils background.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
