Lead daily toolbox talks and ensure all site personnel understand their tasks and safety briefings. Motivate the team to achieve high standards of workmanship and programme deadlines. Planning and Coordination: Assist the Site Manager in the planning and sequencing of work activities. Manage the allocation of plant, equipment, and materials for the day''s work. Monitor progress against the programme and report back to the Site Manager. Health, Safety and Environment: Champion a culture of "Safety First" on site.
