We''ve got a brilliant position for a Mechanical Engineer to join our client on a great site based in West London! This is a great role if you''re looking to join a well-renowned, expanding service provider that invests heavily within their engineering team. 

This is a static position, following a Monday - Friday, 8 - 5 pattern.

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems, troubleshoot / fault find, react to emergencies, respond to client needs, update site logbooks and report into the site Contract Manager.

Mechanical Engineer Duties:

• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
• AHUs
• FCUs
• Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals
• Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
• Cooling Towers
• Tap Temperatures
• Chilled Water Systems
• Managing sub contractors, issuing RAMS and escorting duties
• Heat Exchangers
• Plumbing
• Generators
• Pressurisation units
• Generators
• BMS Operation
• Motors

• Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 2/3 or NVQ (or equivalent)
• Apprentice trained - desirable
• At least 3 years experience as a Mechanical Engineer within commercial maintenance 
• Very Client facing

• £48,000 per annum 
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm 
• 25 days annual leave + Bank holidays
