Administrator (Maternity Cover)

PPS Commercials Ltd are one of the UK''s leading Commercial Vehicle Manufacturers. We are currently seeking to recruit a full-time Administrator to join our busy Aftersales team. This is a maternity cover contract for 12 months and may be extended.Responsibilities
Updating information on customer fleet management portals.Liaising with customers and providing updates on ETAs.Logging essential details onto in-house systems.Ensuring jobs are completed correctly before closing down and invoicing.Assisting with day-to-day administration within the Aftersales department (emails, filing, scanning, etc.).Person Specification
Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.Good verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Ability to work well in a team as well as on own initiative.Salary and Benefits
Competitive salary - DOE.30 days holiday (including bank holidays).Life assurance scheme (x3 annual salary).Full time position (Monday to Friday) initial 12 month contract.Job details
