Interventions Tutor

Help Learners Close Gaps and Rebuild Confidence

We''re looking for Interventions Tutors to support children and young people across Wiltshire through targeted 1:1 educational support.

Working on behalf of Local Authorities, you''ll help learners who require additional intervention to overcome barriers to education, strengthen core skills, and improve engagement with learning. Many of the students we support benefit from a personalised approach that focuses on their individual strengths, needs, and educational goals.

This role is ideal for education professionals who enjoy delivering focused support and seeing the direct impact their work has on a student''s progress.

• Hours: Flexible
• Pay Rate: -2530 per hour
• Type: 1:1 Intervention Support

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months'' experience in an educational setting, including tutoring, teaching, teaching assistant, learning support, mentoring, or similar roles
• Ability to deliver targeted interventions tailored to individual needs
• Experience supporting children and young people with SEND is desirable
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Patient, organised, and adaptable approach
• Ability to identify learning gaps and support progress
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
• Driver preferred; alternatively, willingness to travel locally within Wiltshire
