About the Role As the Housing Manager, you ll work with staff and volunteers to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of our housing project. Your work will be hands-on and varied from managing maintenance and safety compliance to building positive relationships with residents. Key Responsibilities Team and Property Management Work with housing staff and volunteers to ensure efficient project delivery. Coordinate and oversee maintenance tasks, working with contractors and service providers. Conduct regular safety checks and ensure all certifications are up to date. Resident Support and Community Building Foster a friendly and safe community environment. Support residents with housing benefit claims and income maximisation. Resolve disputes, promote tenant responsibility, and support tenancy sustainment. Tenancy and Income Management Process housing applications, conduct interviews, and manage room allocations.
