Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all site activities for commercial fit-out projects. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to meet project deadlines. Ensure health and safety compliance and maintain site documentation. Monitor project progress, quality, and costs, reporting to the Project Manager. Lead site meetings and liaise with clients to ensure smooth project delivery. About You Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial fit-out or interiors. Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and fit-out practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
