The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end development, configuration, and optimization of ServiceNow applications and integrations, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with platform best practices.Key Responsibilities:Platform Development and ConfigurationDevelop and configure Custom Applications, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts.Implement and maintain Workflows, Flow Designer flows, and Integration Hub spokes.Support integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, Kafka, etc.Translate architecture/designs into scalable, performant code aligned with ServiceNow standards.Performance OptimizationProfile and debug scripts, workflows, and queries to identify bottlenecks.Optimize GlideRecord, ACL performance, background jobs, and indexing.Collaborate with architects on performance improvement strategies.Code Quality and Technical DebtIdentify and resolve technical debt in custom modules.Participate in code reviews; refactor and write clean, modular code following best practices.Testing and ValidationConduct unit and regression testing; assist with performance testing.Use Instance Scan, Script Tracer, Debug Logs, etc. to tr
