BMS SALES ENGINEER Location: Midlands Salary: £45,000 £55,000 + Commission + Company Car/Car Allowance Job Type: Full-time, Permanent COMPANY OVERVIEW Our client is an established maintenance provider, who is delivering planned and reactive maintenance, building services and engineering solutions to commercial clients across the Midlands. As the business continues to grow its BMS offering, they are looking to appoint an experienced BMS Sales Engineer to develop new opportunities and expand relationships with existing customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically knowledgeable BMS professional who also has a strong commercial and sales mindset. JOB PURPOSE As BMS Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and converting BMS opportunities across the commercial sector. You will work closely with clients, facilities managers, estates teams, building owners and contractors to understand their requirements and recommend appropriate BMS solutions. The role will cover the full sales process, from initial prospecting and site surveys through to producing proposals, negotiating contracts and securing new business.
