This is an opportunity to build and operate large-scale production systems, solve complex engineering challenges and use automation, AI and LLM technologies to improve reliability. The role • Build, operate and maintain scalable, high-performance production services. • Own infrastructure reliability, including monitoring, alerting, configuration management and upgrades. • Collaborate with engineering and deployment teams on systems design and resolving production issues. • Deploy new products and manage infrastructure migrations. • Develop production software and automation to reduce manual operations. • Improve the long-term reliability, performance and scalability of services. • Participate in an on-call rotation approximately every 5-6 weeks.
