As an Audit Semi-Senior, you will take on real responsibility early in your career and have the chance to lead your own Audit engagements while working closely with managers and partners. From planning through to completion, you will gain valuable exposure across a broad and varied client portfolio. As your experience develops, you will progress to more complex assignments, setting you on a clear path toward becoming an Audit Manager with your own portfolio.Key responsibilities include:Leading a variety of Audit engagements across a diverse client base, liaising with managers and partners as neededPreparing Audit files, contributing to planning, and leading or assisting with fieldworkSupporting the training and development of junior auditors and reviewing their work where requiredPreparing and finalising statutory accountsDrafting tax computations for review by the Tax teamEnsuring compliance with auditing standards and internal processes throughout each assignmentBuilding positive client relationships and helping to ensure each engagement runs smoothly and efficientlyThe successful Audit Semi-Senior will have:

ACA or ACCA qualified or soon to be qualifiedAt least 3 years’ UK practice experience in both audit and accountsExperience with Xero, Sage, Caseware and CCH would be an advantageEnjoy working with and helping to develop junior staffAmbition and drive to meet your full potential
