An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to join a high-growth, private equity-backed manufacturing business in East Yorkshire. Reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with senior stakeholders across manufacturing, you will act as the key link between Finance and Operations, providing financial insight, challenge and support to drive performance across the manufacturing function. This is a hands-on role where you''ll partner with operational teams, analyse production costs, improve reporting, and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and profitability.
