Account Assistant - Part-time - OxfordshirePertemps Aylesbury are currently recruiting for a PT Account Assistant for our client based in Oxfordshire.Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-3pm (25 hours)Salary: 16- 18 per hour (DOE)Duties:- Perform data entry tasks, sales daybook and purchases daybook, accurately and efficiently- Perform monthly reconciliation of cash/card transactions and supplier statements- Assist in the the preparation of financial reports and management packs by analyzing data- Maintain orgainsed records of transactions, invoices and receipts.- Support the accounts in processing payments and managing accounts receivable- Respond to client emailsRequirements:- Your own transport due to the location- Previous Accounts experience- Experience in using accounts packagesIf you would be interested in this role, then please apply or call Corinne at Pertemps.
