Fire Risk Assessor Tier 3 / Advanced Location: London and Surrounding AreasWe are looking for an experienced Tier 3 / Advanced Fire Risk Assessor to join our growing team, covering London and the surrounding areas.The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Type 1 4 Fire Risk Assessments across a range of residential and commercial properties.Requirements: Recognised Level 4 Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment or equivalent.Experience carrying out Type 1 4 Fire Risk Assessments.Strong knowledge of current fire safety legislation and guidance.Good understanding of compartmentation, fire doors and passive fire protection.Excellent report writing and communication skills.Full UK driving licence. Desirable: Level 5 qualification in Fire Engineering, Fire Safety Engineering or a related discipline.Experience with complex, high-rise and higher-risk buildings.
