Working closely with senior leaders and managers, you will play a key role in driving people initiatives, supporting organisational objectives, and delivering a proactive, high-quality HR service across the business. The Role You will act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, providing expert guidance on all areas of the employee lifecycle while contributing to the development and delivery of the wider people strategy. This is a varied generalist position where no two days are the same, balancing hands-on operational HR support with longer-term strategic projects and organisational development initiatives. Key Responsibilities Partner with managers and senior leaders to provide pragmatic HR advice and support. Support the delivery of people strategies aligned to business objectives.
