Part-Time Finance Administrator (Temporary) Ipswich (Office-based Wednesdays, remote working available other days) Hours: 18.5 hours per week The Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team on a temporary, part-time basis. This role offers a flexible working pattern, with one day per week in the office (Wednesdays) and the remainder working from home. Key ResponsibilitiesChasing outstanding payments from customers in a timely and professional mannerFollowing up on missing or outstanding purchase order (PO) numbersProcessing and clearing invoices accuratelyHandling finance-related queries via phone and emailMaintaining accurate financial records and documentationSupporting the wider finance team with administrative tasks as requiredAbout YouPrevious experience in a finance or administrative roleStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelThis role is looking for someone to start asap, so if interested please contact Pure on (phone number removed)
